Your tasks include in detail
- Support, further development, and customization of our ERP system Microsoft Business Central (Navision)
- Maintenance, analysis, and migration of data and interfaces in the ERP environment
- Support and consulting for specialist departments in the digitization and optimization of business processes
- Operation and administration of our Microsoft system landscape, including Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft 365
- Participation in IT security measures (e.g., user rights, data protection, security patches)
- Creation of technical documentation, reports, and evaluations
- Support for projects, e.g., introduction of new software solutions or AI applications
- Coordination of external service providers in the support of workstations and hardware
What you ideally bring to the table
- Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central (Navision)
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft server environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server) and Microsoft 365
- Interest in topics such as process digitization, automation, AI, and IT security
- Enjoyment of familiarizing yourself with different tasks – you like being an IT all-rounder
- A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Good written and spoken English skills
