As part of the office team, you will help ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. You can expect a variety of tasks that will allow you to put your communication skills and organizational talents to good use. Your tasks include in detail
- You will take care of our customers' concerns and ensure smooth internal and external communication.
- You will prepare quotations and monitor their status.
- Together with the crew, you will process incoming orders and monitor ongoing processes.
- You will provide support in sales and price negotiations as well as in market and competition analyses.
- You will handle complaints and find suitable solutions for us and our customers.
- Maintaining and managing our customer data and our CRM system will be part of your daily business.
- You will work on cross-company projects and take care of any customs matters that arise.
What you ideally bring to the table
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
- Through relevant professional experience, you have acquired a high level of customer and service orientation.
- You have very good communication skills.
- You are proficient in the use of standard MS Office applications.
- A structured and process-oriented approach to work and a high degree of flexibility come naturally to you.
- You are responsible, resilient, and a team player.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Ideally, you have a good knowledge of customs clearance and the implementation of sales projects.
