You approach us with your idea or project. Our customer management representatives are open to your request and will review your documents for feasibility and completeness. If there are any questions, your personal representative will contact you again.

Contact person

From the outset, you will have your own personal contact person at your side. No matter what the issue, this person will accompany the entire project internally and pull the strings—giving you a main contact who will represent all your concerns at BEULCO.

Analysis

Once all the necessary documents are available and fundamental questions have been clarified, we check your specifications for technical feasibility. Thanks to our many years of production experience in all areas (casting, pressing, turning), we can provide an initial assessment.

Design optimization

If we determine that your desired product requires adjustments in order to be manufacturable, our designers will take action. They will contact you directly, discuss your minimum requirements with you, and then make an informed proposal based on detailed technical documentation. Once you have approved this proposal, we will use it as the basis for further processing.

Quotation

Based on the data now available, we determine the best manufacturing process and provide you with a detailed offer.

Material consulting

Thanks to numerous customer-specific projects, we have extensive expertise that is highly valued by our OEM customers. We advise and support you in manufacturing your desired product from the optimal material based on current market requirements and legal regulations.

Materials

Thanks to our chip logistics, we are able to process a wide range of alloys. This means we can offer you a whole spectrum of options. If we find that the optimal alloy is not yet available, we will be happy to look into further possibilities.

Prototypes/ initial samples

Our offer has met your expectations and we have received your order. If requested and commissioned by you, we will be happy to create prototypes and/or initial samples. You will, of course, receive the desired items from us with detailed documentation and an initial sample test report tailored to your specific requirements.

Planning

Immediately after the order has been placed—and, if applicable, the prototypes and/or initial samples have been approved—we begin preparations for series production: the agreed-upon raw materials are ordered in the appropriate quantities, the necessary tools are commissioned by our tool management team and their production is monitored, production is planned in accordance with your desired delivery date and delivery times for all required components, and the appropriate capacities are reserved.

Of course, we will keep you informed every step of the way until series production begins.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing at Beulco is not only focused on efficiency and precision, but also on sustainability. We strive to promote environmentally friendly production processes and ensure strict quality controls to guarantee that our products meet the highest quality standards. Our production facilities allow us to manufacture products in various sizes and designs, as well as in a wide range of series sizes, to meet the diverse requirements of our customers.

Assembly

In addition to our vertical range of manufacture, we can offer a wide range of assembly services. A large part of our factory floor space consists of manual assembly stations, but we also have automated assembly machines—this allows us to assemble products individually according to your requirements.

Additional services

We are also happy to offer you additional services on request—for example, surface treatment of your components. Please feel free to contact us—we will find a customized solution.

Packaging

Customized packaging further enhances the value of your product for your customers. We are committed to working with you to find the optimal packaging solution that meets your requirements. We are also happy to consult with you regarding an existing or new recycling system in line with sustainability principles.

We ship your product worldwide. We work with reputable providers in the freight forwarding industry. Let us or our freight partner know how and where you would like us to ship your goods.
