Analysis
Once all the necessary documents are available and basic questions have been clarified, we check your specifications for technical feasibility. Based on our many years of production experience in all areas (casting - pressing - turning), we can provide an initial assessment.
Design optimization
If we determine that your desired product requires any adjustments in order to be manufacturable, our design engineers will get to work. They will contact you directly, discuss your minimum requirements with you and then make a well-founded proposal based on detailed technical documentation. After your approval, we will use these as the basis for further processing.
Preparation of quotation
Based on the data we have now established, we determine the best manufacturing process and submit our detailed offer to you.
Material consulting
Due to numerous customer-specific projects, we have extensive expertise that is highly valued by our OEM customers. We advise and support you on the way to manufacturing your desired product from the optimum material based on current market requirements and the legal situation.
Materials
Thanks to our chip logistics, we are able to process a wide range of alloys. This means we can offer you a wide range of products. If we find that the optimum alloy is not yet available, we are also happy to look at other options.
Prorotypes / initial samples
Our offer has met your expectations and we have received your order. If requested and commissioned by you, we will be happy to produce prototypes and/or initial samples for you. You will of course receive what you require from us with detailed documentation and an initial sample test report adapted to your specific requirements.
Planning
As soon as the order has been placed - and the prototypes and/or initial samples have been approved, if applicable - we start preparing for series production: the agreed primary material is planned in the appropriate quantities, the necessary tools are ordered by our tool management team and their production is monitored, production is planned in line with your desired date and delivery times for all required components and the corresponding capacities are blocked.
Of course, you will always be kept up to date by us on the way to series production.
Production

In addition to our vertical integration, we can offer a wide range of assembly activities. A large area of our factory space consists of manual assembly stations, but automated assembly machines also have their place here - so we can assemble individually according to your requirements.
