The connector is designed to securely clamp the pipe using a material-friendly plug-in technique. It remains permanently sealed and ensures a trouble-free and stress-free installation even under challenging mounting conditions. The pipe only needs to be inserted – there is no need to check if, for example, a compression nut is tightened correctly.
Technical Structure
The material-friendly connection technology makes it possible that the pipe is only ever exposed to as much stress by the clamping ring as the pressure and tension conditions make necessary. This prevents premature wear due to overstressing of the material. The positioning of the metal clamping claw enables torsion-free assembly. The connector can be disassembled quite easily - all components can be reused without any problems.
For use in the gas sector, the connector has an additional support tube to ensure the stability of the pipe.
Material
All components that come into contact with drinking water are made of high-quality UBA-compliant material. The material is suitable for drinking water hygiene and complies with the legal requirements (Drinking Water Ordinance, UBA list). drinking water ordinance, UBA list). The reliable brass material ensures a particularly long durability
Sealing
For the application in the field of drinking water, the connector has the tested EPDM profile gasket which reliably seals minor surface damage. The plugin connectors for the application in the fields of water and gas additionally have a special o-ring. The sealing and clamping functions are separated and independent, making the connector extraordinarily safe.
