What to expect
Industrial clerks buy and sell a company's various products and services.
In purchasing, they compare offers and negotiate with suppliers regarding the purchase of raw materials and operating resources. In sales, they prepare calculations and price lists and conduct sales negotiations with customers. They ensure that customers receive their goods on time. But that's not all—other areas of application include marketing, financial accounting, and human resources.
During the training, you will learn the following
- Cost planning and control tools
- Collaboration with internal departments and external business partners
- Procurement processes
- Compiling, evaluating, and analyzing statistics
- Labor and collective bargaining law
- Accounting
- Processing inquiries and quotations
- Collaboration with authorities
- Human resources management
- Implementation of corporate strategies and projects
What you should bring with you
- A good secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma
- High motivation and social skills
- Enjoyment of work and interacting with people
- Sense of responsibility, determination, and ability to work in a team
